Tigem Bioinformatics Core

The Bioinformatics Core (BC) enhances research quality, offering assistance in statistical analysis, modeling and data analysis. By using systems biology approaches, the core allows us to translate our research and data into visible, comprehendible results. It also collaborates with the Next Generation Sequencing core, as it often uses similar techniques, along with other cutting edge approaches such as genomic proteomics analysis.

The "Total Award" amount indicated for this project represents the share of the funding of the Telethon Foundation for research by the Tigem institute from July 2016 until last budget year, calculated based on the size of the research group.
